CLEAN SLATE . . . a meeting place for recovery . . .
was established in May of 2003 by several members of
AA, who felt the need to provide an attractive, clean,
safe and secure meeting place for 12-Step programs in
the greater Colorado Springs area. It is administered
by an all volunteer committee that abides by the 12
Traditions of Alcoholics Anonymous. Groups, open and closed, and open meetings are
attended by members of AA,  Al-Anon, CMA, and Native American Talking Circles
(please see the "Meeting Schedule" page for days and times). Sponsors and sponsees
use the facility when privacy is needed. Clean Slate provides a buffet- style dinner,
drinks and dessert for its open house, that is held on the second Saturday of every
month. Good food, fun and fellowship begins at 4:00 pm, and is followed by the
Saturday Evening Speaker Meeting that convenes every Saturday evening from 5:30 to
6:30 pm. Clean Slate is well-known for its friendly atmosphere and we welcome
newcomers and visitors with open arms. Please join us soon.
